As executive vice president of Building and Land Technology, Bob oversaw a portfolio of 5.5 million square feet and led the project team in re-positioning and restructuring the 1.2 million square foot Antares portfolio, the most significant re-positioning project in the region during this last real estate downturn.
Bob is a licensed sales agent in Connecticut. He was appointed by Mayor Dan Malloy as a director of the Stamford Energy Improvement District, he serves as a director of the Boys and Girls club, and is a past director of the Fairfield County chapter of NAIOP. Bob is a member and past director of the Fairfield/Westchester Real Estate Finance Association and a past president of the Southern Connecticut Building Owners and Managers Association.
Bob earned a J.D. from the Columbus School of Law at Catholic University in Washington, D.C. and a B.A. in Business Administration from Hope College in Holland, MI.
